On November 11, the world will celebrate World Frequency Day — a new global observance dedicated to sound, vibration, and connection.

To honor this day, Evolved Star Sound will move through the city — holding space at sunrise, midday, and moonrise — inviting you to explore the many ways we can raise our collective vibration.

This day was designed in collaboration with other local sound and wellness practitioners, below is just the beginning; stay tuned for more information on this full-day flow of resonance.

While the event is free some sessions will have limited capacity. Register at links below to save your spot! Come for one session or follow the frequency all day!

5:30 AM - 7 AM– Sunrise Stretch & Sound with Sarah Wallace @ LIT From Within
11:00 AM - 2 PM – Frequency Fair: A Vibrational Wellness Expo @ Orchard Nutrition
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM – Frequency Playground: Pound & Sound w/Art to follow @ LIT From Within
6:45 PM - 7:30 PM– Sound Meditation & Group Toning @ YMCA

8:00 PM - 9:30 PM- Dance of Vibration with Fred Vassalo @ LIT From Within

NOTE: YMCA will have a drop in rate of $15, however, this is a day-use pass, not only a class. Enjoy the sauna, a lap in the pool or another class!
