Designed with mommas in mind, this late-morning gathering is an invitation to slow down and snuggle in together.

This hour offers space to connect with other moms and toddlers while being held in the soothing tones of crystal quartz singing bowls. Littles are welcome to move, nurse, rest, or explore; there is no expectation of stillness or silence.

Sound gently supports a shared reset: a soft syncing of hearts, a settling of the nervous system, and a moment of care for both you and your little one.

Come as you are. Bring blankets, snacks, and anything that helps you and your child feel comfortable. This is not a performance, it’s a shared pause.
