This isn't about being pitch-perfect or hitting high notes—it's about vibration, expression, and release. Through body mapping (light stretching), gentle breathwork, and vocalization tools using your own sacred sound, we’ll explore how your voice can be a channel for reclaiming your power, instilling confidence, calming your nervous system, and expressing your truth.

What to expect:

• Light icebreakers to warm up the room & voices
• Grounding breath and body awareness
• Vocal toning + call-and-response play
• Hands-on exploration with sound tools
• Group sound meditation to integrate + release

What to bring: 

• Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and stretch in
• Water
• A mat and/or blanket, pillow, eye mask (comfort items for sound)
• A journal and something to write with
