Guided Breathwork and Sound Healing- Sunday Donation Based Offering at LIT

Join Tessa and Lauren for a weekly 45-minute guided breathwork and sound healing designed to realign your energy and provide the opportunity to tune inward for the week ahead.

Breathwork sessions are designed to flow between a more active "Ecstatic Activation" and a gentler "Harmonic Breath" every other week.

Donation-based Community Offering- no membership needed. Just come as you are and allow the sound to support your inner stillness and renewal. Pre-registration is not required, however will guarantee you a spot.
